Conference Registration Fees Increasing

Due to the continued cost increase to the Motorcycle Riders Foundation of putting on conferences, it has become necessary to change the registration
fees for upcoming conferences. This is a change the MRF does not make lightly. Much consideration and discussion went into this change. The
bottom line is that our conferences are operating at a financial loss to the organization. This is a loss we can no longer afford.

The registration fee change will start with the 2009 BEST of the West and Meeting of the Minds conferences. Individual registration fees will
increase ten dollars each. Chapter registration fees for BEST of the West will increase by fifty dollars.

Those registering for BEST of the West individually will now pay $70.00 and after "price"(MRF member price) prior to May 12. After that date the
registration fee for individuals will be $80.00. Non-MRF members will pay $80.00 and $90.00 respectively. Chapter registration for BEST of the West
will increase to $150.00 each chapter or district. This chapter registration does not include the banquet which still must be paid separately.

Registration for Meeting of the Minds 2009 will increase to $70.00, MRF member price, prior to August 24. After that date the registration fee
for individuals will be $80.00. Non-MRF members will pay $80.00 and $90.00 respectively.

You do have an opportunity to beat the price increase. Any registrations post-marked, or processed on-line, prior to March 20 will be honored at
the old price. You already know you will be attending, so save the $10.00 and register now! We look forward to seeing you.
