#06NR09 - BEAST of the EAST 2006 Update

BEAST of the EAST (April 21st-23rd, 2006) is rapidly approaching. This is the first MRF Conference of the year. The host SMRO is CBA/ABATE and the MRF is excited about the site of the event, Charlotte, North Carolina.

There is a great line up of speakers, workshops and general sessions. View the agenda on line at www.mrf.org, follow the links for Conferences.

The pre-registration deadline is March 28, 2006, also the last day to book room reservations at the MRF group rate. The facility being used for the conference is the Sheraton Charlotte Airport which can be reached directly at 704-392-1200. Be sure you ask for the MRF BEAST of the EAST Conference to get the group rate of $74.00.

This is a regional conference so you can send as many members of your local chapter or district for a $100.00 registration fee. To take advantage of this offer you must send your registration fee along with a list of attendees to the MRF office. This flat fee does not include the Saturday evening dinner banquet.
There is an additional $25.00 charge per person for the banquet. Please indicate on your list how many will be attending the banquet.

If you need further information do not hesitate to call Carol Downs, Conference Director at 303-369-2684 Mountain Time, or e-mail her at downs@mrf.org.

We are looking forward to seeing all of you in Charlotte.
