#05NR24 - MRF Meeting of the Minds Conference Update
To assure those MRF members and supporters planning to attend the 21st Annual Meeting of the Minds in Little Rock, Arkansas September 22-24th, 2005 have their convention materials available upon their arrival, the MRF requests those who have yet to submit their registrations do so as soon as possible. Carol Downs, MRF Events & Conference Director needs the expected attendance figures to finalize arrangements for the convention, banquet and hospitality facilities.
In addition, the MRF has been informed there are accommodations available at the host hotel due to some recent cancellations. If you wish to book a room please call our sales representative Donna at the Wyndham Hotel directly at (501) 907-4839 and advise her that you are attending MOTM.
If you mailed your registration form and payment to the MRF PO Box, please confirm receipt by contacting either Sarah at the DC office (202) 546-0983 or email@example.com or Carol Downs the Conference Director at (303) 369-2684 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to continued problems with the service at the post office box location we are concerned that not all registrations have reached us and don’t want you to be surprised when you arrive and we do not have your registration.

The Motorcycle Riders Foundation, incorporated in 1987, is a membership-based, national motorcyclists' rights organization headquartered in Washington, DC. The first motorcyclists' rights organization to establish a
full-time presence in Washington, DC, the Motorcycle Riders Foundation is the only Washington voice devoted exclusively to the street rider. The MRF established MRFPAC in the early 1990s to advocate the election of candidates who would champion the cause of rider safety and rider freedom.
The MRF proudly claims state motorcyclists' rights organizations and the very founders of the American riders' rights movement among its leading members. The MRF is involved in federal and state legislation and regulations, motorcycling safety education, training, and public awareness. The MRF provides members and state motorcyclists' rights organizations with direction and information, and sponsors annual regional and national educational seminars for motorcyclists rights activists, as well as publishing a bi-monthly newsletter, THE MRF REPORTS.
