#04NR39 - MRF Extends Voting Deadline for MRF Elections to October 23rd
The ballot for the Member Representative election in the current September/October MRF Reports contains a printing error. The deadline for returning ballots had been extended to October 23rd, 2004.
The deadline extension was agreed to in order to allow MRF Members to meet both candidates at Meeting of the Minds.
Please make a note of the extended deadline, and please vote. For those attending Meeting of the Minds please take the time to speak with both Cindy Hodges, North Carolina and Susan "Miss Red" Huttman, Florida.
The Member Representatives are elected at large by the MRF membership. The ballots are returned, then counted & overseen by the Election Committee. The winner will be announced after the vote is verified, and will be seated on the MRF Board at our winter meeting.
