The Motorcycle Riders Foundation has opened a newly updated and redesigned web site at www.mrf.org . The state of the art format includes new features, as well as the favorites that have kept the motorcycling public and motorcycle rights activists informed in the past.
The site features current News Releases and Rider's Alerts, along with an archive of past alerts. The MRF REPORTS, the organization newsletter, is available for downloading and print outs. Information about the MRF conferences, the Beast of the East, the Best of the West, and the annual Meeting of the Minds can be found, along with secure on-line registration for the conferences. The site also has on-line membership registration and membership information.
An extensive list of research sites and links will aid State Motorcyclist Rights Organizations in legislative efforts, as well as finding resources to use in their efforts. The MRF Rep program is profiled, along with a state by state listing of active representatives in each state who can be contacted for information and assistance.
If you have ever wondered about the officers and directors of the MRF, you can read their biography and find pictures of many of them, as well as a history of the MRF.
The new site will be continually updated and refined. Coming in the near future will be an on-line Products catalog, an in-depth legislative agenda for the coming legislative session, and many more exciting things. Ride with the Leader. Click on www.mrf.org and see what is new or what you have been missing.
The first motorcyclists' rights organization to establish a full-time legislative advocacy presence in Washington. The Motorcycle Riders Foundation is the only Washington voice devoted exclusively to the street rider. MRF established MRFPAC in the early 1990s to advocate the election of candidates who would champion the cause of rider safety and rider freedom. MRF proudly claims state motorcyclists' rights organizations and the very founders of the American rider rights movement among its leading members. Motorcyclists worldwide can thumb-start their search for rider rights and safety on the web at www.mrf.org.
