UPDATE for Best of the West hotel

It has come to my attention that some people were having problems making hotel reservations in the past couple of weeks for Best of the West. I did not know about the problem until the reminder went out earlier this week. Anyone who was unable to make a reservation because there were no rooms available on Friday night, June 6th, will now be able to either make or adjust those reservations. The room block has been corrected and there are rooms available. Due to the hotelís error the reservation deadline has been extended one week to June 13th.

I apologize for this problem and believe everyone can get their reservations corrected. If you continue to have problems please do not hesitate to contact me via e-mail Ė I will do whatever I can to help rectify the situation. In fact, any time you encounter a problem making reservations at a host hotel please let me know immediately. I canít fix a problem I am unaware of.

I look forward to seeing you in both Washington, D.C. next week and Frisco, Colorado next month
